Our Story

We’re a couple of Christians that grew tired of the lack of leadership in the world. We know what it means to serve both Christ, and our community, and how to do so without losing sleep at night. We have over 60 years of combined leadership experience applying a moral decision making process in both the non-profit and business sectors. We know what it means to lead, and we know what it means to serve. Both in and out of the church, from both the pulpit and the board room. We look forward to serving you. We look forward to helping you unlock your true leadership potential.

Our Approach

We believe in a holistic approach to unlocking leadership potential. Each client is different in both their needs, and the challenges they face. The first step you need to take is describing your current situation, and what success in your current role means to you. Once you have defined what success means to you, you can begin your journey to achieving success, and unlocking your true leadership potential. Once success is achieved, we will continue to walk with you, and to serve you as you continue to grow.
